The Pathfinder holding group Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Pathfinder") released its 2019 performance bulletin today (January 15th). The company expects to make a profit of 111 million yuan to 116 million yuan in 2019, which turned out to be a gain over the same period last year, and overfulfilled the net profit target of 2019 in the three quarterly report, which is not less than 100 million yuan a year.

Pathfinder previously released the first three quarters of 2019 financial report shows that during the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 987 million yuan, down 20.55% compared to the same period, attributable to the parent company's net profit of 99 million yuan, down 293.22% over the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the Pathfinder realized outdoor income of 795 million yuan, an increase of 11.11% over the same period, including three yuan outdoor income of 258 million yuan, an increase of 17.81% over the same period. The growth rate was mainly due to the premature impact of the product delivery rhythm in autumn and winter.

Pathfinder should focus on the outdoor main business strategy, strengthen product design, research and development input, enhance product competitiveness and influence continuously, upgrade the image of the store under the upgrading line, further optimize the channel structure, strengthen franchisee management, and drive sustained revenue growth.

During the reporting period, the tourist business of the Pathfinder earned 192 million yuan, down 63.50% from the same period last year, of which the tourism revenue in the three quarter was 44 million yuan, down 70.07% from the same period last year. The company continues to reduce its low profitability tourism business and optimize its business structure.

Everbright Securities analyst Li Jie said earlier that the outdoor main business, the 2019 Pathfinder brand channel adjustment basically in place, focusing on the main industry effect, store effect recovery, revenue is expected to restore growth, DE brand to enhance product positioning, expand high-end channels, revenue growth. In terms of marketing, the company sponsors blockbuster "climbers" outdoor equipment, builds design Explorer around the movie IP, climbs series products, carries out multi-dimensional brand promotion, sales channel linkage, and enhances brand influence. Future Ltd will continue to enhance its product development, brand marketing, retail management, inventory management and other advantages, and promote the growth of the outdoor main business; in terms of tourism business, in 2019, the company continued to reduce its low profit tourism business and divestiture the green field network. Future Ltd will continue to strengthen its profitability in tourism business. It is expected to seek to sell tourism assets and concentrate resources to promote the development of outdoor main business.

The Pathfinder also announced in November 14, 2019 that the company intends to transfer the 29% equity of Yi You World Travel Service (Beijing) Limited. The Pathfinder said that the company's share of the transferable part of the world's travel rights is in line with the company's "focus on resources to promote the long-term healthy development of outdoor products industry", "optimizing the relevant business structure of non outdoor main business, and gradually withdraw from the business of restructuring and outdoor business", which is conducive to further focusing on resources and energy, optimizing asset structure and improving operational efficiency.

Pathfinder said that in 2019, the company actively responded to the adverse factors such as economic downturn, low consumption and fierce market competition, and continuously improved the competitiveness of the main products of outdoor products, enhanced the influence of brand culture and brand spirit on users, optimized the online and offline sales channel structure, and actively improved the efficiency of operation management.
