Reporters recently learned from Yunfu (Luoding) customs that in 2014, the total value of foreign trade and import and export of Yunfu reached 11 billion 50 million yuan, a record high, an increase of 12.7% over the same period last year, compared with 2.5% in the same period last year.

Among them, exports were 7 billion 520 million yuan, an increase of 13.3%; imports of 3 billion 530 million yuan, an increase of 11.6%.

Processing trade has become a highlight of the growth of Yunfu's foreign trade, with an annual import and export volume of 4 billion 960 million yuan, an increase of 33.6% and a 12.7 percentage point increase in Yunfu's foreign trade.

From the point of view of import and export products, the export of stainless steel kitchenware, electrical appliances, electronic products and stone products has increased by 7.6%, 50.9% and 19.5% respectively. The largest contribution rate to export growth is electrical and electronic products, and the export growth is 5.4 percentage points.

The recovery of electronics industry has become the growth point of Yunfu's foreign trade last year. The import of electrical and electronic products has increased by 3.1 times, and its contribution to import growth has been 21.6%.
