Lu Shuangping. A third year student majoring in marketing at Zhejiang Institute of Communications began to take over the management of FLY vehicle service company in November 2008. Two years later, the company developed from simple selling new cars and rental bicycles to the integrated campus service agencies for sale, maintenance, beauty and recycling.
